Service was horrible and there was no one else there. Staff was extremely rude. This restaurant is definitely lacking in the customer service department.

Under new management and some new staff. Things are getting better and will be great. RE-GRAND OPENING COMING SOON. Stop by and see us

Not the quality of food that it use to be.

Mrs. Winners has really gone down hill!! In three visits in three weeks, service very slow, one employee working front line and drive thru, waited 15 minutes in two visits for food; left off food on order. They need new management, not going back again, others say so too! Biscuits and potatoes are not fresh, frozen biscuits, watery potatoes.

I have been coming here for years. Lately very long waits. Rude service that complains about there day. Today I ordered a family meal it was $23 and some change order was half wrong family size slaw was half full. Very disappointed I called and got hung up on.

Excellent service! They were closing and they still cooked our food and had the sweetest drive thru woman.

Everytime you go into this restaurant, they will greet you, and help you any way they can. And better than that, the food is great! There green beans, chicken, and macaroni and cheese are fantastic!

I came on a Sunday afternoon. There were 5 people in the building and 3 cars in the drive through. I waited at the counter for 20 minutes before they even acknowledged me, let alone took my order. All of their back were turned to us and they didn't say a word. I understand being busy, but you should always acknowledge your customers and treat them like people, just like you want them to treat you like a person. The customer service was atrocious.

Went by for lunch today. They were out of green beans, baked beans and potato wedges so the vegetable choices were mashed potatoes, cole slaw and mac/cheese. I asked how they could be out of so many and the girl said they were waiting on the truck to come in. Chicken and tea was good, but biscuit didn't taste freshly baked -must have been leftovers that they tried to reheat.

The staff and manager is great!!! Their peach cobbler is the best hands down

Was goodbye.nothing.like it use to be. Big turn off when you here the workers complain about how badly run it is now.

Wait was too long. They had run out of chicken at lunch time. No cars in the parking lot. They were nice though.

Chicken was delicious. Good portions for the price too.

Better go early because once the the sun resides even just a little bit they refuse to cook more chicken to accommodate

Excellent service. Above and beyond. The gentleman working the drive through window let us know they were out of our side and made sure we wanted another option and offered to make it. Awesome guy. we took another side to speed things up as we had been driving. Then, as we were eating I caught eye with the gentleman as we was sweeping. he came out to make sure they hadn't forgot anything. Amazingly attentive, intuitive service. Biscuits were out of control good.

The best sausage gravy you can get without making it yourself.

Very good food. Prefer them over KFC anyday.

This place isn't the same anymore since the new owners took over, everything is higher and no one looks happy to serve you. I wish it would go back but hopefully these new changes will bring in more customers somehow...

First time ever eating breakfast here was great. Wonderful staff and food.

Arrived just when they put batch of wings down. They apologized for the wait and it was well worth it. Hot fresh chicken is always a plus!! The chicken had a bit much coating for my personal taste, but it was still delicious and I will be returning and shaking some coating off. The biscuit was great too😀

Customer service was top notch. Delivered our hot meal to us. Stop in for a value-packed meal.

Okay.....the manager seemed nice, the young man at the counter was so polite, very nice. But geez! They need help bad! The chicken just wasn't good, I spent 24 dollars on a meal I really didn't like through away because it had a horrible smell

I would have put a picture before I ate but it looked to good, so I ate it. This is some real good chicken. The sweet tea was refreshing and sweet. Good place to go for a change.

Workers were very nice an food was made as you ordered it so you have to wait a little longer ...the steak was a little spicy but good..we will go back again

Our son seen the 🐥 sign and had to try the 🐥 nuggets and he just raved about them. The WIFE and I got a good laugh out of that pit-stop.

Hot fresh chicken and the supervisor was very attentive to our needs. We had to wait a little bit for our chicken, but it was well worth it.

I would give 0 stars if I could!!Got my family a meal with baked beans & mac n cheese as sides.Baked beans were hard and so sour we couldn't eat them!Chicken was PINK AND SOME BLOODY!!Contacted them and got my replacement today just to get home with chicken that was more raw than last!!!I can get better service at Chic Fil A on a SUNDAY 🤦‍♀️

The food tastes good.

Whole the biscuits we're yummy, the employees had to return to the window a few times to clarify the order.They cited bad audio equipment, whatever it happens.But then when we arrived home we found one order was missing..... The biscuits.I took the only honerable path and sacraficed my biscuit to my lovely wife. That's unfortunately enough for me to say I'll not be returning again.

I hadn't been here since the mid 90s and it was as golden brown and crispy as I remembered! It gets a four stars because there's nothing special about chicken. But if I could rate the facility separately I'd give it five stars. For the first time in s long time the staff took pride in the dining area in which their customers eat with pride. Managers and crew members alike washing tables and sweeping and then the restrooms didn't make you wanna regurgitate your food after that pit stop. Oh what a joyous feeling! Great attitudes as well. Just what you're looking for when you visit a southern fast food joint!

1st time visit. Staff was extremely friendly and food was hot. Just an all around great lunch. I will go back

We stopped by to get 1 of there famous cinnamon rolls because we are from Knoxville and have not had a Mrs Winners in Knoxville in 20yrs. We are sad to say it took us forever to even get our food even though we were the only people in the building and we are sorry to say that they have totally changed their cinnamon rolls they are nothing like they used to be.

They have $3 meals on Monday. Its a really good deal. Food was good but the wait time was long. Overall it was was fine.

This little spot for chicken is clean and has great service. The chicken is very good. The sides are fresh . Keep up the good work and we will return.

Just go somewhere else. The service is horrible, their menu is overpriced, and portions are a joke. I honestly want a refund so I can take my hard earned money and go spend it on more food at a cheaper price somewhere else.

They actually have good food

Ordered a simple order of large mashed potatoes and a large gravy.....$7 and 18 minutes later. Finally received my order.... No apology, zero communication but plenty of attitude. The drive through person looked like my grandmother but way slower. When asked if she were the manager, she said... And I quote, "have a nice night" and clouded the window. With so-called "service" like that, I now understand why the brand is near extinct in Georgia. I will be contacting the regional manager as this behavior is completely unacceptable.
